Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join the Finance & Accounts team of an FMCG Distribution Company. The candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
2. Handle financial reporting, budgeting and preparation of MIS reports.
3. Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
4. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
5. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
6. Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
7. Support internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
8. Analyse financial data,



expenses and business performance.
9. Monitor distributor-related financial transactions, outstanding payments and reconciliations.
10. Assist in inventory accounting and stock-related financial reporting.
11. Ensure accuracy of financial records and adherence to accounting standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
- Must have completed CA Final and obtained membership.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Articleship in audit, taxation or accounting.
- Understanding of FMCG, trading or distribution business operations.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, working capital and receivables management.
