We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong management capabilities and the ability to take ownership of business operations, manage multiple projects and clients, and drive organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations, strategic planning and organisational development.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage multiple clients, projects and business accounts effectively.
- Lead teams, delegate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Establish structured workflows, reporting formats and execution trackers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables and business performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide clear, structured management updates.
- Identify business growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Ensure effective coordination across different teams and business functions.
- Take ownership of decisions, execution and overall business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management,



leadership or business operations.
- Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Startup Leader or Agency Manager is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple clients, accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to working across multiple domains or industries.
- Strong project management, reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to create structured reports, performance updates and execution trackers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with structured updates, regular reviews and execution tracking.
