Experience : 20 years in manufacturing Set up

Qualification : B.Tech / MBA

Salary : Upto 50 LPA

Age : Below 40 years

Role A C-suite Executive who drives company revenue, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, pricing, and major partnerships. Responsible for designing and executing the company's end-to-end commercial strategy. Ensure that revenue growth does not come at the expense of margin erosion, production bottlenecks or working capital strain.

Key Responsibilities -

- Commercial & Margin Strategy:
- Own gross margin analysis, product profitability mix, and revenue forecasting across product lines and export/domestic channels.
- Establish margin benchmarks and governance frameworks to prevent price leakage and discounting drift.
- Pricing & Contract Governance:
- Lead product pricing strategy, tier structures, raw-material pass-through formulas, and commercial approval mechanisms.
- Negotiate major multi-year OEM, tier-1, or industrial distributor contracts.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Direct domestic and international industrial sales pipelines, channel partner networks, and strategic bidding processes.
- Drive new market entry,



customer diversification, and product-application expansion.
- Demand Planning & Operations Alignment:
- Partner with the SCM teams to align sales forecasts with factory capacity, order-to-delivery lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Manage working capital implications of commercial credit terms and slow-moving stock.
- Marketing & Value Proposition:
- Oversee industrial marketing, technical positioning, tender compliance and brand reputation in target B2B sectors.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Strong command of P&L; management, margin analytics, and ERP/BI commercial dashboards.
- Working knowledge of industrial qualification cycles (e.g., PPAP, vendor approvals, ISO quality standards).
