Position: Centre Manager

*Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the rehabilitation centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage resource allocation, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols. Monitor client/patient care services and coordinate with medical and support staff to maintain high service standards. Handle inventory management, and operational reporting.

Candidate Requirements: *Education:** MBA in Operations is mandatory. Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in operations management (experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred). Skills: Robust leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
