JOB SUMMARY

Revive Hair & Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced, proactive and results-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, sales conversions and business growth of our clinic in Chennai.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between doctors, clinical staff, patient counsellors, receptionists and management while maintaining high standards of patient care, operational efficiency and qualified service.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, healthcare operations, patient counselling, sales conversion, financial monitoring and administrative management skills, with a proven ability to achieve business targets and maintain excellent patient satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinic Operations & Administration

Manage daily clinic operations, appointments, patient flow and treatment coordination.

Supervise front-office activities, billing, payments and administration.

Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene standards and operational policies.

Sales & Revenue Management

Manage patient enquiries, consultations, conversions and retention.

Drive treatment package sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Monitor lead follow-ups, conversion rates and team performance.

Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and business growth.

Patient Relationship Management

Ensure excellent patient experience, satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Handle patient concerns, complaints and service escalations.

Support treatment counselling,



package explanations and patient retention.

Team Leadership & HR

Supervise receptionists, counsellors and clinic support staff.

Manage attendance, duty schedules, performance and training.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.

Accounts, Inventory & Reporting

Monitor billing, collections, expenses and outstanding payments.

Oversee inventory, procurement and vendor coordination.

Prepare MIS reports covering revenue, conversions and operations.

Maintain accurate CRM records and operational documentation.

Quality & Compliance

Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled service standards.

Ensure clinic hygiene, patient safety and company policy compliance.

Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth treatment delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Any Graduate; B.Com, BBA or MBA preferred.

2-5 years of experience in clinic operations, centre management or healthcare sales.

Experience in hair transplant, dermatology, aesthetic or wellness clinics preferred.

Proven experience in patient conversions, revenue targets and team supervision.

Knowledge of billing, CRM, MIS reporting and MS Excel.

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
