Cuisine: Indian Cuisine

Open Positions:

- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Commis Chef

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per menu requirements.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and assigned sections.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage ingredients, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen functioning.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Indian cuisine preferred.
- Candidates from hotels, restaurants, QSRs,



and airport kitchens can apply.
- Positive knowledge of Indian cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Relevant experience required for CDP and DCDP positions.
