Sandwiches, burgers and pizza preparation.
Salads, diet bowls and food plating.
Desserts and bakery product handling.
Kitchen inventory and daily stock.
Recipe standardisation and food costing.
Kitchen staff supervision.
Maintaining consistent food quality across every order.
Key performance expectation
The CDP must ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets The Tea Coterie's standards for taste, presentation, portion size, hygiene and consistency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
