- Monitor live CCTV camera footage across all company branches and locations.
- Ensure continuous surveillance of showroom premises, cash counters, strong rooms, entry/exit points and other sensitive areas.
- Monitor and identify suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized access or security breaches.
- Maintain proper monitoring of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and recording devices.
- Review recorded footage whenever required for incident verification and investigation.
- Immediately report suspicious activities, security issues or emergencies to management.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports and observation records.
- Coordinate with branch managers, security staff and field teams regarding security-related matters.
- Ensure cameras are operational and report technical faults for timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive company information.
- Prepare reports related to security incidents, employee movements and cash-handling activities whenever required.
- Monitor multiple branch locations through centralized CCTV surveillance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or security control room operations.
- Good knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and surveillance software.
- Experience in monitoring multiple locations simultaneously.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify suspicious activities and respond promptly.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Should be responsible, alert, disciplined and trustworthy.
