Position: Casting Simulation Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years (Minimum 2+ years in Foundry Industry)

Location: Remote (WFH)

We are looking for a Casting Simulation Engineer with strong knowledge of foundry processes, CAD modelling, and casting simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Sand Casting, Die Casting, and Investment Casting.
- Understanding of gating, riser design, feeding principles, and casting defects.
- Prepare CAD models for casting simulation.
- Demonstrate WinCast software and provide technical support to customers.
- Handle customer queries, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the German technical team.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Foundry / Production Engineering.
- 2+ years of practical foundry industry experience.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent CAD tools.
- Casting simulation software experience is an added advantage.
- Valuable English communication skills; Tamil is desirable.
- Interest in technical sales and customer engagement.
