Job Summary

The Catalog Specialist will manage, maintain and optimize product catalogs on Brandstore to deliver an accurate, engaging and conversion-focused shopping experience. The role covers product listing management, product page merchandising, SEO implementation, product image coordination, SKU and pricing validation, and cross-functional coordination. The objective is to make every product page accurate, discoverable, visually compelling and easy to understand, while supporting customer engagement, add-to-cart actions and online revenue.

Responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain product listings, descriptions, specifications, variants, categories and SKU mapping.
- Validate pricing, MOQ, GST, production TAT, delivery options and product availability.
- Optimize product pages with accurate content, images, customization details and relevant keywords.
- Manage website categories, product collections, featured products, seasonal campaigns, cross-selling and upselling.
- Implement SEO elements, including meta titles, descriptions, URLs, image alt text and internal links.
- Analyse website performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, add-to-cart rate, conversions, engagement and revenue, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate product launches with Product, Design, Pre-flight, Digital Marketing, Operations, Hub and Technology teams.
- Conduct catalog quality audits to identify incorrect information, duplicate listings, missing images,



broken links and website issues.
- Maintain catalog SOPs, launch trackers and issue trackers, and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and completion of deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, website merchandising or product content management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups, conditional formulas, data cleaning and pivot tables.
- Understanding of SKU structures, product attributes, catalog workflows and CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website performance metrics.
- Understanding of HTML, metadata and website QA processes is an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, stakeholder coordination, time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in print, customization, gifting, packaging or configurable products is an advantage.
