Job Overview

Axis Bank is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of CASA Sales Officer / CASA Executive in its Retail Banking – Liabilities department. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales, customer interactions, and local market activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer references, and local market activities.
- Meet prospective customers and explain banking products and services.
- Assist customers with opening CASA accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote and cross-sell other banking products, including:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Complete KYC formalities and account-opening documentation accurately.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with customers for account activation and balance maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in sales may apply.

- Customer relationship management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field sales activities.

This is a field and branch-based sales role. Candidates should be comfortable meeting customers, generating leads, and promoting banking products within their assigned area.
