Stellar Talent Empowerment is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Career Counsellors and Admission Counsellors to join our remote team.

The selected candidates will connect with prospective students, explain online university programmes and guide them through the admission process.

Eligibility

- Graduation preferred; 12th-pass candidates may also apply.
- 1–2 years of sales, counselling, telecalling or business development experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Explain university programmes,



eligibility, fees and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with application and documentation.
- Generate enquiries through referrals and online outreach.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and performance targets.
- Maintain proper student enquiry records.

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹5,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, role and interview performance.
- Additional incentives: Strictly on achievement of assigned targets.
