Job Overview Position: Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive (Car Rental Voice Process) Process: International Voice - USA Process Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Hours) Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in an International BPO (Voice Process mandatory) Monthly Salary: INR 30,000 to 45,000 per month Annual CTC: INR 3.6 Lakhs to 5.4 Lakhs per annum Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers regarding global car rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Provide accurate information on rental policies, insurance coverage, vehicle types,



rates, and promotional offers. Resolve customer complaints, billing discrepancies, and roadside assistance coordination efficiently.

Meet key performance metrics including Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores. Upsell ancillary products such as GPS devices, child seats, upgraded insurance, and vehicle class upgrades where applicable. Maintain clean documentation and log details accurately into the CRM system.

Key Skills &

Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear accent and neutral English pronunciation. Prior experience in an International BPO voice process (US/UK/Global travel or car rental desks preferred). Solid active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort working regular night shifts to align with US business hours. Basic computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple screens/CRM software simultaneously. .
