Key Responsibilities
- Connect with candidates and understand their career goals.
- Guide candidates on resume and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Explain US job market opportunities and application processes.
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain skilled relationships.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
