Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused, and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations, coordinate with service staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. Te ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills, preferably in a premium or fine-dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.

- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt and courteous service.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.

- Guide and supervise stewards and service staff to maintain service standards.

- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.

- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

- Coordinate reservations, special occasions, group bookings, and guest requirements.

- Ensure accurate order processing and coordination with the billing team.





- Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff briefings, training, and daily operational activities.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of hospitality.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 15 years minimum of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.

- Education: HSC, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.

- Industry Background: Prior experience in restaurants
