Camp Planning and Execution

- Plan and schedule monthly/annual eye-screening calendars in rural and urban communities. [1]

- Coordinate permissions and partnerships with local leaders, NGOs, schools, colleges, and corporate entities. [1, 2]

- Ensure availability of doctors, optometrists, technicians, support staff, vision-testing equipment, and medicines. [1]

- Manage in office logistics, patient registration, preliminary vision screening, and crowd control. [1, 2, 3]

Marketing and Business Development

- Identify new community outreach opportunities and build long-term referral networks with local doctors and health workers. [1]

- Promote specialized services such as cataract surgery, glaucoma care, and retina treatments during field visits. [1]

- Distribute awareness materials, banners, and brochures in collaboration with hospital marketing teams. [1]

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
