Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of Call Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, coordinating with customers, providing basic information, and maintaining call records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls to coordinate with customers.
- Provide basic information about products/services.
- Follow up with customers through calls.
- Maintain daily call records and update data in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper communication.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive listening and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle calls confidently.

Work Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
