Job Title: Call Center Agent – Celestee Skin, Laser & Hair Clinic

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team at Celestee.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to patient enquiries about treatments, services, and appointments.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
- Make reminder and feedback calls.
- Maintain patient records and call details.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
