Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Student, located in Pune. The role involves supporting business functions by conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members on various business projects. Daily tasks include assisting in the development of business strategies, preparing financial and operational reports, and contributing to decision-making processes.

The selected candidate will also engage in cross-functional communication to align objectives across different departments and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and derive insights
- Knowledge of Business Administration and Business practices
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of Finance concepts and financial reporting
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working in a team-oriented workplace
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is a plus
