Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM platform.

Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth client onboarding.

Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets.

Continuously upgrade knowledge of global immigration programs through internal training.
