Key Responsibilities

- Teach Business Studies to Grades 11 and 12 as per the prescribed curriculum.

- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and concept-based lessons.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.

- Help students develop solid understanding of business concepts, case studies, and real-world applications.

- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students.

- Monitor student performance and provide additional academic support wherever required.

- Prepare students effectively for board examinations and internal assessments.

- Maintain accurate academic records, marks, and student progress reports.

- Use innovative teaching strategies, technology, and current business examples to make learning relevant.

- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.

- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, training programmes,



and other academic activities.

- Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular development of students.

- Stay updated with changes in the curriculum, examination patterns, and current business trends.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Economics / related field.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.

- Prior experience teaching Business Studies for Grades 11 & 12 is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum and examination requirements.

- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create an engaging and student-centred learning environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
