Role & responsibilities
- Manage creation, modification, and deactivation of trading terminals (NEAT, ODIN, Trade Tiger, GREEK, etc.).
- Handle user access management for branches, authorized persons, and employees.
- Maintain trading ID records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for query resolution and operational support.
- Prepare and update exchange-related documentation for NSE, BSE, and MCX.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, branches, and APs.
- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CTCL Operations will be an added advantage.
