We are looking for an organised Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations and company requirements. The role keeps processes running smoothly across admin, student support, documentation and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, batch coordination and classroom readiness.

- Maintain student records, enrolment details, attendance and fee-payment tracking.

- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, MIS and data in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Coordinate between trainers, sales, marketing and management for smooth execution.

- Handle student and walk-in queries over phone, email and in person.

- Support onboarding of current students, interns and employees, including documentation.

- Manage vendor coordination, office supplies and basic administrative tasks.





- Support management with any other operational requirements of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (BBA or BCom preferred); freshers welcome.

- 0–1 year of experience in operations, administration or a coordinator role.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Workspace.

- Good communication skills in English; Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.

- Well organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an EdTech, training institute or startup environment.

- Familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
