About the Role

Advocate Pro is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and strategic Business Management Strategist who can drive business growth, streamline operations, improve customer acquisition, and contribute to the company's overall business development. The candidate will play a key role in understanding business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, developing effective business strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation.

The role requires an individual with solid business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and the capability to transform business ideas into measurable business outcomes. The candidate will work closely with the management team to identify market opportunities, strengthen business operations, build strategic relationships, and improve overall organizational performance.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing conversion strategies to turn potential leads and business enquiries into actual customers. This includes planning customer acquisition strategies, designing conversion funnels, identifying gaps in the customer journey, improving lead follow-up processes, developing sales and marketing strategies, and working towards improving lead-to-customer conversion rates.





The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze business and customer data, understand market behaviour, identify reasons for conversion drop-offs, and implement strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation. They will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that business development initiatives translate into actual conversions and sustainable business growth.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks beyond conventional business practices, and has the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize business strategies that contribute directly to the growth and scalability of Advocate Pro.
