Response India Pvt Ltd is an advertising agency helping brands grow through strategic thinking, standout creative, and measurable results. We’re a team of professionals serving clients and we’re looking for a Business Head to lead our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Business Head, you will own the agency’s commercial performance, from winning new clients to growing existing accounts and ensuring profitable delivery. You will lead client servicing, strategy, and new business, working closely with our creative, media, and digital leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue growth, margins, and the annual business plan

Lead new business development: prospecting, pitches, proposals, and negotiations

Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CXOs and marketing heads

Grow and retain existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling

Oversee client servicing teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery

Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams on strategy and campaign execution

Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and track key agency metrics

Hire, mentor,



and develop account management and business development talent

Represent the agency at industry events, award forums, and client meetings

Identify new service lines, partnerships, and market opportunities

Requirements

5+ years in advertising, with at least 4 years in a leadership role (Business Head, Client Servicing Head, or similar)

Proven record of winning pitches and growing agency revenue

Solid understanding of integrated marketing: brand, digital, media, and performance

Experience managing P&L;, pricing, and client contracts

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or marketing PG preferred

Nice to Have

Existing relationships with brands in [FMCG / BFSI / Real Estate / Healthcare / etc.]

Experience with digital marketing, ORM, or performance campaigns

Network of client leads in the industry
