About DAMS EV SOLUTION PVT LTD

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Business Head to manage our complete EV Charger business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and expand EV Charger dealer and distributor networks across India.
- Manage complete business operations independently.
- Handle sales, marketing and business development.
- Recruit, train and manage employees.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage dealer relationships, targets and performance.
- Coordinate purchase, inventory and customer support.
- Monitor business growth, expenses and operations.
- Submit daily and monthly reports directly to the Director.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- EV Charger or Automobile industry experience preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication and management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the entire business.

Location: Nanded, Maharashtra Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
