Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and result-driven Business Development Manager responsible for corporate client acquisition and strategic alliances in the corporate gifting segment. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to meeting, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Build and maintain a strong corporate pipeline
- Target HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement & CXOs

1. Client Meetings & Relationship Building

- Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person)
- Understand client requirements for festivals, employee engagement, dealer schemes, trade promotions, onboarding kits, etc.
- Present company profile, gifting solutions, and value proposition

1. Proposal & Solution Development

- Coordinate with sourcing & operations team for customized proposals
- Prepare presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Work on bulk gifting, tech gifting, global sourcing, and trade schemes

1. Negotiation & Closure

- Lead price negotiations and finalize commercial terms




- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Ensure timely closure and order confirmation

1. Corporate Alliances

- Develop partnerships with HR agencies, event companies, marketing agencies, and procurement networks
- Build strategic alliances for recurring business

1. Account Management & Repeat Business

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat orders
- Upsell and cross-sell gifting solutions
- Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills:

- Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Understanding of corporate gifting / promotional products / tech gifting preferred
- Target-oriented & self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
