We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Business Development Officer (BDO) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Ayurvedic healthcare sector.

? Job Locations:

- Raipur
- Jagdalpur (Bastar)
- Dantewada
- Dhamtari
- Korba
- Surguja / Ambikapur
- Kabirdham / Kawardha
- Janjgir-Champa

? Eligibility Criteria: ✅ Field sales experience in any industry

✅ Preference for candidates from FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Ayurvedic products, Insurance, Loans, and Finance

✅ Candidates willing to work in field sales, doctor visits, marketing, and business development

✅ Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15–20 days preferred

? Key Responsibilities:

- Visit 10–12 doctors daily for product promotion
- Generate leads, develop current business opportunities, and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors and customers
- Generate orders and manage collections




- Organize medical camps and execute local marketing activities
- Maintain daily field reports

? Salary: 10%–15% increment on the last drawn salary, based on experience and suitability. ?️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Important: Candidates should preferably reside within 15–20 km of their assigned district/location. Both positions involve individual field sales and marketing responsibilities.
