Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident entry-level Business Development Executives to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate and negotiate with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
- Reach out to potential US clients through cold calling, emails, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their IT staffing requirements.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and business agreements.
- Draft skilled business emails, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to generate leads and convert opportunities.




- Maintain daily calling and business development activity reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Educational background: BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA (English), Mass Communication, or other relevant graduation backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with US-based clients.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Comfortable with extensive calling and working in the US night shift.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
