We are looking for an energetic Business Development Officer to grow our home health care services.

Responsibilities

- Generate new enquiries and referrals for home nursing, patient care and physiotherapy services
- Visit hospitals, doctors, clinics, and discharge and care coordinators to build referral relationships
- Meet patients and their families, explain our services and convert enquiries into bookings
- Follow up on leads and keep regular contact with existing clients
- Achieve monthly business targets and submit daily and monthly reports

Requirements

- Degree in any discipline (healthcare or business background preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or healthcare business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Pleasant, skilled and target-oriented

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
