About the Company

We are a distributor of Archroma textile chemical products, catering to the requirements of textile mills, processors and related industries. We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage and grow our textile chemicals distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business for textile chemical products across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with textile mills, dyeing houses, textile processors and industrial customers.
- Manage key customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with principal suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, technical support and new product introductions.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding textile chemical applications and product-related issues.
- Handle B2B sales, business development, commercial negotiations and pricing.
- Manage distributor/dealer relationships and develop recent business channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.




- Ensure timely order execution, payment collections and after-sales support.
- Independently manage territory operations and report business performance directly to management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the textile chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of textile dyes, textile auxiliaries and textile processing chemicals.
- Experience in B2B sales, technical sales or business development within the textile chemical industry.
- Experience dealing with textile mills, dyeing houses and processing units.
- Understanding of textile chemical distribution, supplier coordination and commercial negotiations.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage business operations and customer relationships.

Educational Qualification Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred. MBA or business-related qualifications will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Comfortable with remote working and a 6-day working schedule.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Delhi, Nagpur and other assigned markets.
- Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
