Job Overview:

We are looking to hire Business Development Managers with relevant experience in commercial real estate, managed offices, coworking, leasing, or flexible workspace solutions.

Candidate Expectations:

- Relevant prior experience in B2B sales, commercial leasing, coworking, or managed office business development.
- Good understanding of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to our business model, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- A self-driven approach with a clear focus on business development and revenue generation.





Key Responsibilities:

- Independently identify, generate, and convert business opportunities across Delhi NCR.
- Develop relationships with corporate occupiers, channel partners, IPCs, consultants, and commercial real estate brokers.
- Understand client workspace requirements and propose suitable managed office solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Drive revenue generation through current client acquisition and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal operations, projects, and management teams for client requirements and deal execution.
- Maintain structured reporting, CRM updates, and regular pipeline reviews.
