Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry.
- Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Promote products such as mono cartons, brochures, leaflets, danglers, standees, and other printing materials.
- Prepare sales strategies, business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Ability to develop new markets and manage key accounts.

Working Conditions
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Office Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi
- Salary: As per experience and industry standards
