- Lead and manage the end-to-end Business Development function for the API business.

- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on regulated markets.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, customers, markets, products, and partnerships.

- Build and manage a robust API product portfolio aligned with market demand and business objectives.

- Drive portfolio development with a focus on creating and managing a 100 Cr+ business pipeline/portfolio.

- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.

- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships across commercial, technical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and internal leadership teams.

- Leverage market intelligence and business data to identify high-potential products and opportunities.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, pricing analysis, and opportunity assessment.

- Work closely with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,



and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1215 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/API Business Development.

- Strong experience in regulated markets and understanding of their commercial requirements.

- Proven experience in developing and managing API product portfolios.

- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/API value chain and commercial landscape.

Educational Qualification

M.Pharm is required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Senior BD skilled currently working in API / Pharmaceutical business development.

- Strong exposure to regulated markets.

- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationships.

- Experience managing large API portfolios and high-value business opportunities.

- Candidates who can join on immediate or short notice will be preferred.
