Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Dr. Opesh Singh / Opesh Group.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth in domestic and international markets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into business partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, corporate clients, and business associates.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Explore new markets and develop strategic partnerships.
- Research market trends and identify business expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for business proposals and client requirements.
- Maintain client databases, CRM records,



and business development reports.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Strategic Partnerships preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred CandidateA proactive and ambitious professional with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
