About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) with prior experience in the international courier / logistics industry. This role involves actively meeting new people, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential customers, present services, and convert leads into active clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international courier sector.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements to close deals.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:





- Prior experience in international courier, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is mandatory.
- Proven ability in field sales/client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of customs, restricted items, and shipping regulations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
