We are hiring Business Development Associate Interns who are eager to start a career in sales. Working under the Business Development Manager, interns will connect with prospects, generate interest and help convert leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, walk-ins and referrals.

- Explain course offerings, benefits and fee structures clearly to prospective students and parents.

- Counsel prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.

- Schedule demo sessions and campus visits, and coordinate with trainers.

- Update lead status, call notes and follow-ups in the CRM or tracker daily.

- Work towards daily and weekly call, lead and conversion targets.

- Support the team in seminars, college visits and promotional events when required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in any discipline (freshers welcome).

- Valuable communication skills in English; Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.

- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with new people over phone and in person.

- Target-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn sales.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
