We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to help expand our client network and develop new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients across different industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email, and other platforms.
- Connect with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Introduce The Job Factory's recruitment services to potential clients.
- Send business proposals, introductory emails, and follow-up messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain lead databases and update daily business development reports.
- Support the team in acquiring new recruitment clients and business partnerships.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, HR, or Business Administration preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in sales, marketing, recruitment, and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
