: Business Development Intern (BD Intern)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online research and other channels.
- Reach out to potential clients, HR professionals, and business decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist in client acquisition and business development activities.
- Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.
- Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.




- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to approach new clients and build professional relationships.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates or final-year students with an interest in sales and business development.
- Candidates with prior experience in lead generation, sales, or client acquisition will have an added advantage.
