Join our growing team! We are expanding our team and hiring a Business Development & Client Coordination profile to lead our overseas recruitment partnerships!

Role & responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new overseas corporate clients, contractors, and manpower-hiring organizations (targeting regions such as the Middle East, Europe, or as assigned).
- Conduct cold outreach, pitch recruitment/staffing solutions, and set up introductory virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client manpower needs (job descriptions, trade/skill sets, volume, salary packages, accommodation, and statutory benefits).
- Serve as the main point of contact for active overseas clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruitment, sourcing, and documentation/visa processing teams to align on open demands.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:



Bachelors degree is a must have (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client coordination within an overseas recruitment agency, staffing firm, or HR consultancy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional email-writing and negotiation capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel trackers, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Attributes: Robust relationship-building mindset, high attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to handle multi-timezone client communications.
