Business Development Executive OT Validation Services

Kolkata, West Bengal | Full-time | Frequent field travel across WB

We provide Operation Theatre (OT) validation services to hospitals, ensuring OTs meet required cleanliness, sterility, and air-quality standards using our own specialized equipment. We are scaling up in this vertical and are looking for a proactive, field-based BDE to drive growth a dual role combining sales with hands-on technical execution.

What you will do

- Identify and build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes & healthcare facilities across Kolkata & WB
- Pitch OT validation services to hospital admins, biomedical engineers, and quality/infection-control heads
- Prepare proposals & quotations, manage the sales pipeline, and hit business targets.
- Once trained, personally execute on-site OT validation using company equipment




- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business

Who we are looking for:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. preferred)
- Freshers welcome no prior sales experience required
- Robust sales aptitude, self-motivated, comfortable with frequent local & outstation travel
- Valuable communication skills; willingness to learn technical validation procedures
- Two-wheeler/driving license is mandatory; basic MS Office/Excel skills
