Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and explain the company's services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain daily lead reports and update client databases.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to generate leads and handle client calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
