Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and field activities.

- Promote AVIT Pro's Audio-Visual and IT solutions to corporate clients, educational institutions, and other potential customers.

- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV and IT solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Arrange client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations and sales proposals.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

- Experience in IT,



Audio-Visual, Electronics, or Technology Sales will be an added advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition, and sales processes.

- Ability to identify customer requirements and develop business relationships.

- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and field visits.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Comfortable working in a remote and field-based environment.
