About the Role

We are looking for target-oriented Business Development Executives to generate and convert business opportunities , including franchise-investment partnerships, retail customers, and strategic partnerships. The role requires excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build client relationships and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and referrals.

Present business and franchise-investment opportunities to prospective clients and partners.

Conduct client meetings and business presentations.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed business opportunities.

Maintain accurate lead, sales pipeline, and follow-up records in CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to achieve monthly business targets.

Prepare daily and weekly business development reports.

Build and maintain solid client relationships.

Travel locally for client meetings when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

BBA, B.Com,



B.A., BCA, or B.Sc.

Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA, with no active backlogs.

Eligible batches: 2026 graduates and 2027 final-year students.

Excellent spoken and written English Mandatory.

Tamil and Hindi are additional advantages.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, confident, disciplined, and accountable.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Interest in jewellery, retail, or investment products.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to sales, business development, or client acquisition.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.

Strong relationship-building skills and ownership of outcomes.
