Business Development Executive Franchise & HRMS Sales FOR YOU MART | Chaspa Supermart Pvt. Ltd.

Employment: Full-time, on-site, with client visits as required FOR YOU MART is hiring a sales professional to develop two business opportunities: supermarket franchise partnerships and subscriptions for For You Team, our employee-management application.

We are looking for someone who can find suitable prospects, understand their requirements, present a explicit solution and follow opportunities through to paid conversion.

Your responsibilities

- Build a pipeline through incoming enquiries, prospecting, referrals, professional networks and approved field visits.
- Assess franchise enquiries for investment readiness, proposed location, property availability and decision timeline.
- Present approved franchise options and arrange management discussions or store visits for suitable prospects.
- Approach business owners, HR managers and other decision-makers for For You Team subscriptions.
- Discover customers’ employee-management requirements and demonstrate relevant, available application features.
- Prepare approved quotations, handle objections and follow up on proposals.
- Coordinate agreements, payment confirmation and customer handover with the authorised teams.
- Maintain accurate lead records, discussion notes, opportunity stages and follow-up dates in the For You Team app.
- Submit weekly pipeline reports covering qualified leads, demonstrations, proposals, paid conversions and pending decisions.




- Meet agreed sales targets while maintaining accurate and professional communication.

The role owns sales progression and customer handover. Franchise opening execution and technical implementation are handled by the respective teams. All commercial commitments must follow approved company terms.

Candidate requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition.
- Experience in franchise sales, software/HRMS/SaaS sales or another B2B service is preferred. Experience in either business area is acceptable.
- Ability to conduct prospect calls, presentations and software demonstrations.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, online meeting tools and CRM or lead-management applications.
- Ability to communicate with local customers in Odia and Hindi and write professional emails in English.
- Willingness to work from Bhubaneswar and visit prospects when required.

Compensation and incentives

- Fixed gross salary: 20,000–25,000 per month, based on relevant experience and assessment.
- Franchise incentive: 5,000 for each eligible new franchise conversion.
- HRMS incentive: 15% of eligible first-year net subscription collections from new customers.
- Incentives are additional to fixed salary and depend on verified qualifying sales.
