⏳ Experience: Around 3 years in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Partnerships

DesignCafe is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to strengthen our Offline Customer Acquisition team.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem, hands-on field sales experience, and the ability to build and manage strong relationships with brokers, developers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, scale, and manage offline sales channels across the assigned region.
- Drive lead generation, site visits, and customer conversions to achieve business targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's offline acquisition network.
- Monitor sales performance and key business metrics to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams for seamless execution.




- Drive partner onboarding and establish effective field sales processes.
- Ensure consistent business growth through strong on-ground execution.

What We Are Looking For:

- Around 3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
- Proven experience in field sales and on-ground business development.
- Experience in building partnerships and managing channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong ownership, target orientation, and data-driven sales approach.

Additional Requirement:

- For the Bengaluru opening, we are specifically looking for a senior candidate with strong real estate market experience.
