The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, and expanding our company's presence across India and international markets.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi, a strong interest in sales and marketing, and the confidence to communicate professionally with business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients across industries such as Restaurants & F&B;, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, Wellness, and other business sectors.
- Generate business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, WhatsApp Business, networking, and online research.
- Research and connect with businesses across India and international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable Digital marketing services offered by Cognitive Tech
- Present company portfolios, service details, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the management team to discuss business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients and convert enquiries into successful business deals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, upselling, and client referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
- Work towards monthly lead generation, client meeting, and business development targets.

Requirements & Skills





- Female candidates with 0-3 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Good confidence in communicating with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professional decision-makers.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, digital marketing, and client acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of social media, graphic design, websites, and digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing services and company offerings.
- Valuable interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with business targets.
- Positive attitude, professional communication, and a strong willingness to grow with the organization.
