Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, meeting potential clients, and converting business opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Visit potential clients, businesses, and customers to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain daily reports of field visits, meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on-boarding and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Direct Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
