- MBA, BCA, or a degree related to sales

- Below 28 years of age

Experience

- At least 3 years of experience selling software (mandatory)

- Proven track record in software sales

- Has done work similar to the responsibilities in this

Language &

- Communication

- Good command of English and Malayalam

- Strong writing skills

Skills

- Writes the content for presentations and brochures

- Designs professional brochures in PDF

- Creates presentations in Google Slides

- Turns client requests into clear requirement specifications

Product Knowledge

- Attends development meetings regularly to learn the product thoroughly

- Sees this as an ongoing part of the job and is keen to study the product in depth

- Spots new features to add to product during client discussions

Teamwork

- Works closely with the team rather than working alone

- Is open to suggestions from the development team





- Takes the time to understand those suggestions and puts the good ones into practice when they help sell on our product.

- Comfortable in a flat team where there is no hierarchy. Suggestions may come from juniors or seniors, and each one is judged on its merits, not on who made it

Travel &

- Field Work

- Enjoys travelling and meeting clients one-on-one

- Owns a two-wheeler
