- Find recent business opportunities and customers

- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them

- Negotiate prices and terms with customers

- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities

- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct cold calls, network, and follow up with prospective buyers or investors to build a steady client pipeline

- Organize and accompany clients on property walkthroughs (apartments, villas, or commercial spaces) to present project benefits and specifications. [1, 2]

- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment goals to recommend suitable real estate options

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and paperwork (contracts, bookings) to finalize sales.

- Maintain accurate customer profiles, track sales activities,



and log interactions in company CRM tools.

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a sales executive or relevant role in real estate industry.

- Exellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Oriya is an added advantage.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques of real estate.

- Fast learner and passion for sales.

- Self motivated with a results driven approach.

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
